Francis Howell North High School

The Knights Swim and Dive team kicked off their season in grand fashion with a dominating performance at the Lutheran High/Veritas Cougar Relays. The Knights won all 7 Varsity Relays and cruised to a convincing 1st place finish over the rest of the field. Senior Connor Harman, Juniors Evin Gamage, Nathan Hanson, Rayan Nepal, and Sophmore Maclin Brady all brought home 4 first place finishes. Juniors Theo Nielsen, Nick Trimpe, and Freshmen Kyle Reid and Elijah Dustin all took home 2 first place finishes to round out the scoring. Congrats FHN!! Next up, the Knights travel to Eureka on Thursday for their first dual of the season.
