Francis Howell North High School

The Knights Swim and Dive team had another impressive showing this weekend at the Ft Zumwalt West Invite. The Knights finished 2nd overall out of the 12 team field. The Knights had top ten finishes in all 14 events. In addition the team qualified all 3 relays with State Consideration times. Junior Evin Gamage made two individual state consideration cuts in the 50 Free and the 100 Fly. What a great way to start of the season! The Knights will next compete Wednesday at Blanchette Pool against rival Francis Howell and Francis Howell Central and finish off the week by traveling to Cape Girardeau for the Cape Rock Invite on Friday afternoon.
